Digital Courses Refunds

  1. Video-Based Courses: We offer refunds for video-related digital courses within 3 days of the course start date, provided that you have not accessed more than 20% of the course content. Refund requests must be made in writing.
  2. Text and Image-Based Courses/Products: No refunds will be issued for courses/products that are based on text and image content.

Non-Refundable Items

Please note that we do not issue refunds for the following products:

  1. Courses where more than 20% of the content has been accessed.
  2. Text and image-based courses/products.
